I have been a speech language pathologist since 2010 and have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, early intervention, and schools. While I have experience treating clients ranging from two years old through adulthood, I particularly love working with preschool/kindergarten and early elementary age children.
I have always enjoyed creating materials for my clients, but it truly became a joy to me and a creative outlet during the pandemic shutdowns when I was working remotely doing teletherapy. I started with creating a deck of Boom CardsTM because I could not find a digital book companion for a story I loved, and the rest as they say is history. I posted it as a freebie on boom learning and then opened a Tpt store a few months later. I have since branched out to creating low to no-prep printable resources. I strive to help therapists/teachers target various goals within one activity and I look forward to continuing to create resources that are engaging, motivating, fun, and effective.
I am a native New Yorker (born and raised in Brooklyn), worked in the corporate world for many years before changing careers, love Harry Potter, and am a mom to two little boys. They are amazing little humans and keep me on my toes! I am well-versed in all things Mario, Pokémon, Disney, and Lego. My husband and I haven’t had a night out in two years, but we are great at ordering take-out and watching movies at home. After the last couple of years, it’s enough to say that we are here and healthy and the kids are alright. That is enough for now.
I would love to learn more about you! I truly love making connections with other SLP’s, SLP-A’s, and teachers. Building and participating in this community has helped me to make meaningful connections and to keep learning. Please connect with me on Instagram or press “contact” and send me an email if you have any questions, comments, or just want to say hello!
Thank you for being here.
